It's easy to feel isolated if you're a small cog in a larger research organization. Luckily, there's a whole wide world out there to learn from.
Once a week, I recommend finding someone in clinical research, reaching out and setting up a brief phone call. It doesn't have to be anything formal or extravagant. Just a simple introduction and exchange of ideas. You'll be surprised at how much you can learn and potential relationships you might forge. You never know what connection or conversation could change the course of your career.
If you can't find anyone to begin with, feel free to start with me! Good luck out there.
